What is Emsculpt?
Emsculpt is a body contouring device that uses high intensity focused electromagnetic energy to build muscle and burn fat. Emsculpt triggers muscle contractions that cannot be achieved by voluntary muscle action, yielding better muscle tone and enhanced fat reduction. Emsculpt causes muscle contractions equivalent to 20,000 sit ups in 30 minutes. Based on studies, patients have achieved 19% reduction of fat and 16% increase in muscle mass.
Does Emsculpt Hurt?
No! Emscuplt does not cause any pain or discomfort.
What is the recovery time?
As Emsculpt is a non surgical and non invasive body contouring treatment there is zero downtime.
What is the treatment like?
We will carry out an initial consultation to ascertain what you would like to achieve from the treatment and which areas you want to target. Then, at your first appointment, we will take photos of the treatment area so that progress can be observed. We will make you comfortable in one of our treatment rooms, secure the applicator to the target area and the Emsculpt treatment will begin. Each treatment takes around 20 to 40 minutes depending on the target area.
When will I see results?
Results can be felt immediately after Emsculpt such as posture improvements or decreased fatigue during exercise. Most patients will see best results around three months post treatment. We will recommend a post treatment plan to maintain these results. Clinical studies have shown that results can continue to improve for up to six months.
How long will Emsculpt results last?
You can expect to keep your results for six months to a year, but it is recommended that you keep these results up with a healthy lifestyle. We can also offer special maintenance pricing after you finish your treatment package so you can come in to maintain results.
Are there any risks?
Emsculpt has been clinically tested for safety and so far, studies have shown no safety issues. On average, the following results were achieved in clinical studies on healthy patients:

• 4 cm loss in waistline circumference
• 16% increase in muscle mass
• 11% reduction in abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti)
• 5 x increase in fat metabolism (apoptotic index increased from 19% to 92% after treatment)
